Rachel is the founder of The FOMO Factory, and a digital marketer obsessed with immersive experiences and how social media makes brands more human. As the first mobile manager at Forever 21, she introduced the #F21xMe shoppable Instagram program, and “bricks and mobile” experiences that turned customer’s phones into in-store shopping tools.
In Silicon Valley, she launched influencer programs for companies including Redbubble and Petcube, experimenting with new platforms such as Twitch and orchestrating memorable brand events such as the Pet Rescue Lounge which brought an audience of 200+ dogs to a SXSW party. In September she launched Austin’s first immersive art and selfie experience, leading tens of thousands of guests into a childhood wonderland with sponsored activations including Nadamoo, Snapple, and Care Bears.
