Rachel is a passionate marketing #ladyboss. She started her career with Walton Isaacson, a full-service marketing agency with expertise in general and multicultural marketing. She managed some of Unilever’s first social media driven consumer activations. This included AXE One Night Only, which used Twitter to give away free concerts and engage with millennial fans. After receiving her MBA from the University of Texas, Austin, McCombs School of Business, she started at Microsoft in the One Commercial Partner organization. She leads social media, influencer and paid media strategy for the Microsoft Partner Network which includes LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and blogs. She also leads the social media strategy and execution for Microsoft Inspire, a flagship partner event with over 17K people from across the globe. In 2017, she achieved over a billion impressions during the July event. Most recently she is leading branding and communication efforts for the Microsoft Partner Network.
