Managing Partner, The Experience Firm

Elijah May is co-founder and managing partner of The Experience Firm, a company that solves marketing problems by radically improving customer experience.  His 20+ year career in the brand-building business started in the PR department of his alma mater, the University of Southern California, where he served as liaison to the film industry. Elijah currently teaches classes on customer experience for Austin Community College, is a guest lecturer at UT and St. Ed’s, and often coaches companies on the art of presenting. His entire marketing philosophy can be summed up as follows: people talk when they have a remarkable experience.
