As a social strategy lead with roots in media planning and a decade of agency experience, Caitlin has an exceptionally well-rounded perspective on consumer behavior in social media today and how brands of all categories, shapes and sizes can effectively engage their audiences in the space. At T3, she puts that expertise to work for brands like Cinnabon, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Capital One.

Prior to joining T3 in 2017, Caitlin developed social and media engagement strategies at GSD&M in Austin, working across a diverse range of brands including Walgreens, Food Lion, United States Air Force Recruiting Services, Hilton Hotels and Hallmark.
